TIPS FOR USE AND CARE: 1.) Before first using your saute pans, wash them with soap and warm water, and dry them thoroughly. 2.) For the first time, we also recommend seasoning the saute pans with a small amount of cooking oil applied with a paper towel. 3.) When cooking, use only plastic or wooden utensils to prevent scratching the nonstick coating surface. 4.) Never use steel wool or coarse scouring pads when cleaning. 5.) Cook using low to medium heat. 6.) Keep saute pans on burner only during the necessary time for cooking. 7.) Avoid sudden temperature changes such as immersing hot pan into cold water.
